30 years ago Dr. Bill Cham heard about a cow which had halted a growing skin cancer on its eye by rubbing itself against the leaves of the Devil's Apple Plant. He soon went on to discover the effects of the plant's active ingredient Glycoalkaloid solasodine glycosides (known as BEC5) and its biochemical potential in destroying skin cancer cells and it's anti-cancer activity in humans and animals. Solasodine Glycosides are from the same family of active constituents that also occurs naturally in Eggplant.
In the eighties Dr. Cham founded Glycoalkaloid Cancer Research looking into other potential BEC5 benefits along with its amazing effect on cancer. He conducted human studies involving keratoses, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinomas along with other skin lesions resulting in a regression of 100% of the skin lesions. Dr. Cham patented the production process for his Curaderm cream and continued his research. At this point in time it was realised that many of his patients have been cancer-free for 10 years or more.
The cancer destroying capacities of Dr Cham's Curaderm-BEC5 has been well documented by medical journals worldwide. Curaderm BEC5 has an excellent and successful history in humans and the results are consistent that Curaderm and its active ingredient, BEC, when used according to the manufacturer instructions is completely safe.
Since its conception 30 years ago in Australia, clinical trials have proven the patented technology to be a true breakthrough for modern medicine. It is estimated that approximately 100,000 people have now achieved excellent clinical results with biopsy confirmed zero presence of cancer cells with very few adverse side effects being reported.
Dr. Bill Elliot Cham was recently congratulated by physicians and medical doctors at the ICIM Medical Conference in Kentucky for his excellent and much needed medical breakthrough confirming that there is a safe, non-toxic, non-surgical way to completely remove sun spots/keratoses, Basal cell and Squamous cell carcinoma. Curaderm BEC5 is that medical breakthrough cream which absolutely removes skin cancer cells without affecting healthy skin tissue.
Curaderm BEC5 was originally manufactured and distributed by Cura Nominees Pty LTD in Australia and in its first few weeks of release an incredible 60,000 units of Curaderm were sold as an over the counter product. Its popularity with the general public became its downfall as Australian Dermatologists and Skin cancer surgeons lobbied against the cream leading to Curaderm being re-classified to prescription only status which massively affected the brands reach.
According to Dr Cham by reclassifying Curaderm, the Australian medical system was in effect hiding information and access from the consumer. In reaction, Dr Cham arranged a double blind randomized vehicle controlled clinical trial with leading Dermatologists and Hospitals in the UK to prove the treatment to be a safe home-based treatment. The excellent results paralleled results from clinical trials in Australia during the 1980's and completely refuted all wrongful statements suggested by the Australian Dermatology lobby. Incredibly but unsurprisingly, the results from the UK trials were given little to no praise or coverage in Australia.
With Curaderm in such a restrictive position within the Australian market the decision was made to move the entire brand including manufacturing, management and distribution out of Australia.
CuradermBEC5 may be the best answer to certain skin cancers to date as its cosmetic outcome appears far superior to current treatment methods. It is a clinically proven, cost-effective treatment for both primary and secondary non-melanoma skin cancer care. It eliminates non-melanoma skin cancers deep below the skin and destroys only the cancer cells. Healthy cells are not harmed and new skin growth replaces the cancer cells with no scaring.
Curaderm treats areas of the skin, which may have been discolored, thickened or scaly as a result of exposure to suns UV light. It has a clinically proven success rate of 80-100% across all pre-cancerous and non-melanoma skin cancers like keratoses, sun spots, basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
Dermatologists at various skin cancer treatment centers in the UK including the Royal London Hospital, have supported claims that Curaderm-BEC cures skin cancer and is a viable alternative to conventional surgery, chemotherapy and laser treatments. Dr. Sangeeta Punjabl of the Royal London Hospital stated, "We consider that this rate of treatment success more than justifies the physician considering BEC as an alternative to currently predominant treatment such as surgical excision.."
A twice daily application of BEC5 to the cancer lesion by dermatologists over a period of just a few weeks confirmed (through biopsy) that the BEC cream eliminated all traces of cancer. This is an amazing breakthrough especially as this condition is globally becoming an epidemic and treatment usually involves costly, possibly risky surgery (including reconstructive surgery). Curaderm-BEC5 is a clinically proven, cost-effective treatment for both primary and secondary skin cancer care. It is available in a 20ml application vial. The application vial contains enough cream to treat one or two large skin cancers, six average ones or a dozen sunspots.
Varying clinical trials have shown BEC5's ability to regress non-melanoma skin cancers. In one study, treatment with BEC5 cream resulted in the regression of all treated lesions (56 actinic keratoses, 39 BCCs and 29 SCCs), with 100% healed after 1 to 13 weeks of treatment.
Recent trials in the UK found that a twice daily topical application of BEC5 cream to the affected areas gave a complete remission to 78% of the patients within 8-weeks with the remaining 22% of patients had also improved but needed longer treatment times. There was no chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery, just BEC5. The dermatologists at the Royal London Hospital concluded that: "BEC5 is a topical preparation which is safe and effective, an ideal therapy for outpatient treatment... It is a cost-effective treatment for both primary and secondary skin cancer care."
Another exciting conclusion found through biopsies taken before, during and after treatment was the continuing efficacy of BEC5. Previously treated skin cancer lesions had not re-occurred for at least 5 years after cessation of therapy.
Curaderm BEC5 is a cream formulation which also contains Saliyclic Acid and Urea at very high concentrations to assist the BEC5 to locate the cancer cells. Curaderm-BEC5 is a standardized mixture of two triglycosides, Solasonine and Solamargine and their corresponding diglycosides and monoglycosides. Solasodine is a steroid alkaloid. The internalization of solmargine with the delivery of solasodine to the targeted cell ruptures the lysosomes (the stomach of the cells) resulting in the death of the cancer cells.
Curaderm-BEC5 finds Keratosis and Sunspot cells in your skin by using specific cell receptors, which only allow pre-cancerous cells to be recognized and destroyed. Once removed, healthy unharmed skin cells remain.
The Salicylic Acid and Urea in Curaderm irritates the skin causing it to become red and inflamed which is a clear indication that the active ingredients are penetrating your skin in order to trace the cancer cells. Curaderm-BEC5 destroys non-Melanoma cancer cells without affecting the normal cells. The cancer on the surface of the skin tissue is treated thus allowing the deep penetrating cream to penetrate the skin and attack the whole cancer hidden beneath the skin tissue.
CuradermBEC5 is applied to the infected area twice daily for up to eight weeks (60 days max). You will experience minor pains during the first one or two days. As described above the Curaderm cream will then penetrate deep into the infected area destroying all cancer cells without causing any damage to the healthy cells. It will later help with the re-growth of your new tissues. By the time the sore has been healed, your skin will be back to normal, leaving little or no scar behind with little damage to your bank balance!
Do not use BEC5 Curaderm if you have allergies to any other medicines, foods (especially eggplant), preservatives or drugs especially aspirin. Not to be used on children under 12 years without doctor's advice. BEC5 should be stored below 25 degrees C. Keep out of Reach of Children. BEC5 should not be applied to moles or melanomas.
BEC5 is used only to treat external areas of the skin. The treatment areas may be characterized by swelling, thickening, redness or lesions. Areas being treated with BEC5 should remain covered with a dressing such as a micro pore. Care should be taken NOT to apply BEC5 cream to the unaffected areas. Areas near the eyes or lips should be treated very carefully.
To remove dead cells cleanse the skin with a good antiseptic solution, massaging into the site and then rinsing clean under running water.
Dry the site thoroughly, then apply a thick layer of BEC5 across the treatment site. Depending on the size of the area to be treated, between approximately 0.1 and 0.5g of cream may be required for each treatment. The total area of skin treated with BEC5 should not exceed 25cm squared at any one time. Cover with a dressing (micro pore).
DO NOT apply BEC5 cream to the unaffected areas paying special attention with affected areas near the eyes or lips. BEC5 should be used at least twice and up to seven times daily. It is important to always cover the treated area with dressing such as a micro pore. DO NOT let the area being treated dry out. The area should be treated until it has re-grown with new skin.
When the swelling in the area subsides and the treated skin appears normal, the treatment should be discontinued and the redness will gradually fade. Sometimes a prolonged treatment regime may be necessary especially to prevent re-occurrence. In this instance continue until such time as the lesion has re-grown with new tissue.
A regular treatment regime is important and missing treatments may result in growth of normal skin over the top of the lesion. IF you inadvertently forget to use BEC5, you should recommence using BEC5 at least twice daily, or as originally directed.
First reddening then usually erosion as the cancer cells die which causes the skin tissue to dip. The lesion will then discharge pus as the cancer cells are being discharged from the skin. The decline of the treated unwanted skin cells is followed by re-growth of normal skin tissue. Discontinue when the swelling in the area subsides and the treated skin appears normal.
In most cases some degree of redness and swelling will be observed during treatment. A little pain or tingling may be experienced for 30 to 60 minutes after each application.
There is no scar formation of skin tissue as the re-growth of normal tissue is not lost. With Curaderm BEC5 there is a low rate of the reoccurrence of the skin cancer.
You should seek your medical professional's advice if you feel your swelling, irritation, pain or redness is prolonged, distressing or excessive. The same applies with any other symptoms you feel could be associated with the application of the Curaderm. Please note -Curaderm is non-toxic, non-mutagenic and does not affect the heartbeat or blood flow. Biochemical, haematological and URI analytical studies demonstrated that there were no adverse effects on the liver, kidneys or haematopoietic system (blood cells) during and after treatment.
Discontinue treatment with Curaderm-BEC5 when the treated area has no open wounds, sores, little or no scaring and a new layer of skin covers the entire area where the skin cancer formerly was.
